DR. MARK MINNICK

Dr. Mark Minnick – Dr. Minnick holds BA, MA, and PhD. Degrees from Bob Jones University where he serves as a part time Associate Professor of New Testament studies and Church Ministries. He has done additional work at Jerusalem University College. He has been continuously teaching either full time or part time at Bob Jones University or Bob Jones University Seminary for thirty-nine years. He has pastored two churches, and since 1989, has been the full time senior pastor at Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Greenville, South Carolina. His special burden is the training of men to be consecrated entirely to the work of scriptural Gospel ministry.
Dr. Minnick speaks several times a year at colleges, camps, or churches, both in the United States and abroad. He has preached in seventeen foreign countries and taught modules in pastoral training institutions in the Philippines, Poland, Zambia, the Pacific Islands, and the Ukraine. He leads church history tour groups to Israel, England, and Scotland. He has contributed to two books and for over fifteen years has written a regular column for pastors in FRONTLINE magazine entitled “First Partaker.” Dr. Minnick is a member of the executive boards of the Fundamental Baptist Fellowship International and Gospel Fellowship Association Missions.
He and his wife, Linda, have three adult daughters, all of whom know and are serving the Lord faithfully. The entire family enjoys visiting church history sites, both here and abroad. Mark and Linda are avid readers of missionary biographies, and love hiking, gardening, quiet retreats in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Amish furniture, and discovering yet another quaint, old bookshop.
