FRIDAY POST-CONFERENCE SESSION

Friday, June 19

Time Management Seminar:
Achieving Your Highest Priorities

This practical one-day workshop will teach you and your leaders proven principles from a biblical perspective that promises to give you at least one “extra” hour per day to accomplish the things that really matter. The truths you will learn and the simple steps of application will enable you to be a more effective servant of the Lord at home and at church.

In one day you’ll discover how to:

  • Identify and focus on your top priorities
  • Reduce stress by recognizing and eliminating low-priority activities and distractions
  • Stay focused on every day with a reliable planning system that integrates the tools you currently use (planner, PDA, desktop)
  • Apply a goal-setting process that gets results
  • Gain control of the competing demands on your time—e-mail, voice mail, meetings, and interruptions
  • Achieve balance and renewal in your life to avoid burnout and cycles of frustration

Pastors, Assistant Pastors, Deacons, Church Staff, and Lay-Leaders alike could all benefit from this engaging one-day seminar that teaches proven time management principles that will help you and your leaders to “Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time” (Colossians 4:5).

COST: The cost for the full-day training is $65 which includes a helpful Participant Packet, Tip Sheets, and a Resource CD.

About the presenter: Pastor Shaun Walker is assistant pastor at Highlands Baptist Church in Centennial, Colorado, and is a time management instructor with Franklin-Covey.
